In 2012, the Quebec Forest Industry Council will resume its tradition of holding an annual convention and hereby invites all industry actors to tap Quebec’s forest potential to the fullest.

IMPORTANT: The Banquet will be held in the Astral 360º restaurant of the Loews Hôtel Le Concorde. This restaurant can accommodate only a limited number of people – i.e., a maximum of 180 convention participants. Please keep in mind that because of this limitation, registration can only be guaranteed by your payment.
REGISTRATION FEES
Registration fees cover the Wednesday evening welcoming cocktail reception, access to all workshops and presentations included in the program of events, Thursday’s meals (breakfast, Minister’s luncheon, pre-banquet cocktail buffet and banquet), coffee break between presentations and simultaneous interpretation.

All issued invoices must be paid prior to the event. Please keep in mind that registration can only be guaranteed by your payment.
Payment may be made by bank transfer, cheque or postal money order
All cheques must be accompanied by the name of the registered person in order to facilitate the processing of registrations and ensure that payments are properly recorded. Cheques must be made out in Canadian funds (CAN$) to the order of the Quebec Forest Industry Council.

For any cancellation made prior to May 4, 2012, a fee of ten dollars ($10.00) will be charged in order to process this request. After this date, no refund will be made; the only other option will be transfer this registration to another person. In that case, please email the name and contact information of this person as soon as possible to Ms. Guylaine Côté at guylaine.cote@QFIC.qc.ca .
